Infrared PM, founded by James Lies in 1991, is Michiana's original full service thermography company. James is a Purdue graduate in Electrical Engineering with development experience of various IR equipment. As a former Chief Engineer with maintenance responsibilities, He is well experienced and certified Level III thermographer. James has contributed to the "Guidelines for Infrared Inspection of Electrical and Mechanical Systems". These are now part of ASNT standard. Among his publications are paper on measurement of hard-to-read meterials and surfaces, presented at IR info in 2004 in Orlando, Florida. He has serves the Infrared Predictive Maintenance needs for a loyal group of manufacturers and other businesses.
